Program: Visit of the historical city center of Porto: Serra Do Pilar Monastery, Sé cathedral, Santa Clara Church, Majestic Cafe, Lello Bookseller, Stock Exchange Palace, São Francisco Church, with the comments of our guide all along the tour, about the monuments, the history of Porto and its anecdotes. After visiting the historic center, we will discover the left side of the Douro River, we will visit the wineries with tasting wines, we will have lunch in a fishing village and finally, we will continue our ride along the coast.
An illuminated night
You begin with a private tasting of Porto wines, then you will have a wonderful dinner in one of the best restaurants of the city to finally conclude the evening by visiting Porto by night.
Departing from your hotel, RETRO-TOURS offer you a wonderful ride on the coast, along the Douro River, going through by the beaches up to Espinho, the seaside town and its fishing village. Before going back to Porto, we will stop at Miramar, next to the Sr. Da Pedra chapel, our little “Mont Saint Michel”.
In the middle of your conferences or seminars, we take in charge the animation part with our old cars, organizing thematic tours or rallyes.

1 day program
With RETRO-TOURS, on board of our old cars, we go to Peso da Régua to visit the historic center of Lamego, its sanctuary and its cathedral. After a lunch with traditional meals of North of Portugal, we take the Road of Wine to Pinhão, sharing with you our passion for vineyards and beautiful landscapes. Then you will enjoy a ride on the Douro River on one of the Rabelos boats. And before coming back to Porto, we will taste quality wines in one of the Quintas.
For the lovers of the nature and mountainous areas, RETRO TOURS invites you to discover the Serra da Freita. Its highest point of 3 280 feet of altitude will give you a magnificent view of the mountains, terrace cultivation and the Sea. For hikers, you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes and wild place with the twenty marked trails of different levels. We will do a wonderful picnic by the river and during hiking there is possibility to swim.
